The brand was scaling fast but making growth decisions on fragmented, manually reconciled data:
- Shopify order data, Google/Meta ad performance, and Odoo ERP inventory lived in separate platforms with no shared keys or consistent definitions
- Revenue and margin calculations were done in spreadsheets — different team members got different numbers depending on which export they used
- Marketing ROI was unmeasurable at the channel level because ad spend and order attribution lived in different systems
- The operations team had no visibility into how inventory levels related to ad-driven demand spikes, leading to stockouts on promoted SKUs

- Connected Shopify, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Odoo ERP into Snowflake using Fivetran automated pipelines
- Designed a unified data model linking orders, ad spend, inventory, and fulfillment with consistent customer and product keys
**Transformation & Governance:**
- Built dbt models creating governed metrics for revenue, gross margin, CAC, and ROAS — one definition per metric, used everywhere
- Implemented automated daily refreshes so dashboards always reflected the previous day's activity
**Analytics & Dashboards:**
- Created Tableau dashboards covering sales performance, marketing channel ROI, and inventory health
- Aligned every metric to what leadership actually needed: sales by channel, margin by product line, and ad spend efficiency by platform
